My friend's home is in an area heavy populated with deer. They will visit his back yard during the day time but not at night when he has guests over. It is a nice site to see deer; to view %26amp; admire NOT kill. Any tips to lure them during the evening/night hours? The white tail deer loves to eat oats mixed with molasses. This will keep them coming for a long time. You can by this at any Agway or Blue seal outlet. Here in Maine, the winters are brutal so we only feed them when they are most hungry to help keep them fat and healthy. Search deer food plots. There are a lot of different seed mixes that will attract deer. A salt lick can attract them too.

Dude is your friend dumb? Honestly I have the reverse problem where they are only there at night making poo and leaving ticks behind. My neighbor got lyme disease last year from a tick in the same area, the infection went to his brain and he is still partially paralyzed. God I can believe how #@*%26amp;^ some people are actually wanting the deer in close proximity to their home. Tell your friend to call an exterminator and have the area sprayed for ticks.
