ent for plants? How do you keep deer from eating your flowers?
All the remedies listed might work for a little while but then the deer get used to them. You need to focus on deer resistant plants. Check out this website:

a picture of oprah acts as a bear substitute
Put it in a skillet and throw some grease on him!!!
Put little alligators in your flower beds
I have to admit..putting those little alligators in the flower bed, as was mentioned above, is an excellent idea. It is a well known and documented fact that deer hate little alligators.
human hair
i use lead at about 2200 fps
You should put diced onion, chili powder, anything spicy. Put in a blender, and then spray it around your plants. Make sure to re-spray after a rain.

If you don't want to do that, you can just spread the chilipowder or diced onion (or a mix) and just put it around the areas you want to protect.
CAYENNE PEPPER!

Reapply after a rain!

=)
Shoot it, grind it into sausage, eat.
I know it sounds crazy but get some pantyhose or knee highs and put a bar of soap in them and hang them from any nearby trees, when the deer smell the soap they think that humans are around so they stay away. It will work unless the deer are used to people.
Most garden centers or hardware stores with garden centers sell products that will repell deer, anything from sprays like ';Deer Off'; to electronic ';nets'; that emit a high-pitched sound. Also, try buying some powdered cayote urine (available at garden centers) or try planting some marigolds around the perimeter of your flower beds. For some reason, deer don't like the marigolds and should leave your other flowers alone.
I think you can use human hair.
thanks! keep going
Human hair clippings or human urine around the grass near the plant or put up chicken wire
many flowers are not attractive to deer. try planting them!
My husband and son....if I knew where you lived I would send them your way. My freezer is getting low on deer meat. My husband spends around a $1000.00 a year on deer hunting supplies...deer calls, bullets, tree stands, GAS, etc. NOW I can tell him to plant me flower garden and it will save him alto of money and I can have something nice to look at in my yard. LOL!!! Actually though I am not kidding. The animal rights activists should lay off hunters. We balance nature and we certainly eat what we kill. The deer population is becoming so large they are causing havoc.

Anyway......
I use mothballs for small creatures it might work for deer also.
Human hair clipping work well to keep deer away. deer stay far away from anything with a human odor, and hair works well.
I have heard of using moth balls and coconut oil for pests and varmints.
land mines, and grenades tied to wires, that should get the bugga =)
I use garlic... works like a charm! Put cloves all around your yard.
urine is not good, it adds to much acid to the soil. there are many spray repellents but most don't recommend spraying on plants you intend on eating. the one i use is called Deer Off. i have a fenced garden but i spray it on the flowers surrounding the garden and it keeps the rabbits and deer away
Your best bet is to use moth balls and/or put a salt block away from your garden this allow to still enjoy the deer but will supply them the nuti/vitiam they need and are getting from your garden/flower bed. you can go to your local farming/hunting stores and they can help you will futher ideas. Free of change...
A 12-guage.
