I am 17 and wish to rifle hunt this year, however youth season has come and gone. Is it still the same price just for youth even out of youth season? How much are both license?

Since the youth season is over you will have to purchase a regular hunting license ($25) plus a buck or doe tag at ($20) per tag. You are allowed one buck and two does during the gun season.
