I need a crock pot recipe using deer sausage. Can anyone give me one THEY have used?

Venison Stroganoff

1 lb. ground venison

1/2 tsp rosemary

egg noodles

3 tbsp fresh minced garlic

2 medium white onions diced

12oz sour cream

2tbsp white vinegar

1 can cream of mushroom soup

salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp sweet paprika

fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, brown onions, mushrooms,

vinegar and venison. Drain.

Pour drained meat into a crock-pot and put on low. Add salt and

pepper, garlic, paprika and rosemary. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

Venison Roast

1 venison roast

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 envelope dry onion soup mix

6 green onions, sliced

soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

seasoned salt

Cut venison into serving size pieces. Trim as much fat as possible!

Place cleaned and washed meat in crockpot, sprinkle very generously

with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, seasoned salt and garlic

powder. Add mushroom soup to onion soup mix. Stir together and

place onion rings on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.

The beauty of this recipe is that it only takes a few minutes to

prepare early in the morning and can cook all day while you are

away to be ready to eat which you get home. Though no water is

added, there will be lots of gravy that can be served over rice or

potatoes.

VENISON STEW

2 lbs venison stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes

salt and pepper

3 stalks celery, cut in pieces

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp chopped parsley

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup dry red wine

8 oz can tomato sauce

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and pepper meat cubes. Brown in 2 tbsp of butter or oil.

Put celery and onion in crock pot. Add browned meat cubes and

remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8-12 hours (high 4-6

hours). Stir occasionally. Serve over noodles or rice, or with

dumplings.I need a crock pot recipe using deer sausage. Can anyone give me one THEY have used?
being the package says deer sausage , that usually meens that it has been seasoned %26amp; cured (cooked , ready to eat ) if it looks like ( long rounds ) the beef summer sausage bought in the grocery store . if it is truly cooked already then theres not alot you can do to change , execpt you slice %26amp; fry lightly . good luckI need a crock pot recipe using deer sausage.
